Here is where you get to start ordering your EGC.
By clicking on EGC Classic or EGC Signature you can choose which model you would like to purchase and the finishes for that instrument. If you do not see your choice, we have left room for you to let us know exactly what you would like on your EGC. You will be able to see a general estimate of what you would pay for your desired instrument.
In EGC Custom, there are many more options and a ton of space for you to let us know exactly what you want. However, there are so many options available (especially if programming time is involved) that providing a realistic estimate is not possible.
When you have picked out your instrument, we will gather some basic contact information from you. Someone from EGC will be in touch with you within 4 business days (8 business days for EGC Custom orders) to confirm your desired specifications and send you an estimate on price, estimated completion dates and estimated shipping costs.
Once you have approved your specifications and estimate, we will send you an invoice from which you will need to pay a 30% nonrefundable deposit via check, credit card or PayPal. When we receive you deposit, we will confirm receipt and submit your order for production.
Unless there is a problem (i.e. backorder or unanticipated production delays), you will not hear from EGC again until your instrument is nearing completion when we will request payment of the remaining balance and confirm shipping arrangements. Once we receive your final payment, confirm shipping arrangements and final assembly is complete, we will notify you that you EGC is being shipped to you and provide you with tracking information.
